Something grows in everyone.
Understand what your child naturally needs, how they react under pressure, what can overload them, and how to support them without labels.
I'M GROWING composes five independent layers into one practical picture of the child — their nature, reactions, emotional needs, energy and current developmental stage.
A different view
We don't say what your child “is”
A child is not one trait or one label. They may need a firm framework and, at the same time, their own space. They may appear independent while deeply needing safety inside. They may be very active and yet overload quickly.
That is why I'M GROWING does not sort a child into a single type. It follows several layers at once and looks at how they work together.
What naturally draws the child
Their basic motive and the way they explore the world.
What happens under pressure
How they may react when they don't feel safe or lose orientation.
What truly helps them
A concrete way of communicating, setting boundaries, supporting and recovering.
Five layers
What the profile composes
My nature
What naturally attracts the child, their basic motive, and where their natural strength may lie.
My way of reacting
How they may react under stress, during change, or when they feel pressure.
My emotional need
What they need to feel in order to be open, calm and available for relationship.
My energy
Their natural pace, what activates them, what overloads them, and what helps them recover.
My stage
What matters for their development right now, at this age.

What an I'M GROWING signature can look like
The five names alone are not the result. The real profile explains how these layers support each other, where tension arises between them, and what that may mean in a child's everyday life.
Practical value
What you will learn from the child profile
How the child reacts to change
Do they need time, an explanation, their own choice, or a quick transition?
What can overload them
Noise, chaos, pressure, lack of space, too many changes, or prolonged uncertainty?
How to talk with them
Do they need to calm down first, to have it explained, to get space, or a concrete next step?
How to set boundaries
So that the child experiences a safe framework without losing healthy independence.
How they learn best
Through movement, structure, conversation, repetition, their own experience, or a combination.
How to recognise overload
Which signals may show that the child no longer has enough capacity.
How to help them return to calm
What can restore a sense of safety and regulation.
How to support their strengths
Without letting a natural gift turn into pressure or obligation.
Age as the main filter
The same child needs something different at different ages
Safety and trust
Can I be safe and trust the world?
In this period the profile focuses especially on relational safety, rhythm, body, boundaries, the possibility to explore, and the ability to return to the adult.
Learning and rules
Can I learn, make mistakes and understand rules without losing my worth?
The profile focuses more on learning, self-image, rules, friendships, working with mistakes, independence and the response to performance pressure.
Age is not proof of maturity. It is the filter through which we currently read the innate dispositions.
Development
And how does the child grow?
With children we do not track a “level of maturity”. We follow emerging skills, environment, experience, and the way the child gradually learns to handle their dispositions.
The developmental axis is used in more detail only with adolescents and adults.
Main product
I'M GROWING – Child profile
A detailed child profile created for parents. It does not try to predict the child or sort them into a single category. It shows their nature, reactions, emotional needs, energetic rhythm and current developmental stage.
The profile includes, for example:
- the main I'M GROWING signature,
- an overall picture of the child,
- the current developmental stage,
- natural strengths,
- possible sensitive points,
- reactions under overload,
- relationships between the layers,
- the main growth theme,
- practical recommendations for parents,
- communication and boundaries,
- support for learning,
- recovery after overload.

How an output is produced
A method you can trust
Same input = same foundation
The innate layers have a fixed calculation, and the same method version always yields the same result.
Age changes how we read it
The same disposition is interpreted differently for a one-year-old and a twelve-year-old child.
Layers are read together
This is not five independent descriptions. The value comes from their synthesis.
The conclusion must be practical
Every important characteristic should lead to something a parent can observe or actually use.
Methodologically, I'M GROWING builds on Mapa duše 1.0. The calculation of the innate layers is deterministic and reproducible; the text is produced within the approved catalogue and synthesis rules.
Safety and ethics
What we stand for
- Actual behaviour takes precedence over the profile.
- A child is not reduced to a single label; the layers form a synthesis.
- This is not psychological diagnostics or a standardised test.
- For children, no hierarchical developmental level is assigned.
- We use no fatalism or certain prediction of the future.
- The profile does not replace professional care.
“If the real child does not match our interpretation, we do not correct the child. We correct the interpretation.”
I'M GROWING builds on the methodological foundation of Mapa duše 1.0. The public layer changes the language and product frame, not the calculation calendars or synthesis rules.
